  • Detailed site-surveys and wirtten condition reports furnished after each move-in.

  • Periodic site-surveys and written condition reports are provided as necessary.

  • Repair and/or maintain property as necessary, using insured contractors

  • Available 24-hrs for emergency assistance

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING

  • Collect rent

  • Approve and deduct any expenses

  • Get your funds to you pronto!

  • Communicate regularly with you as needed/desired

  • Annually provide detailed reports

  • Provide annual Form 1099 for your tax purposes
